Is information regarding members and managers private?

Specifics about managers and members can be found in internal resolutions, including the Operating Agreement, Register of Members, and Register of Managers. These internal documents are not submitted to the registry.

There are no audit requirements. However, it is important to note that accounting records must be maintained for the LLC. According to the 2013 Belize Accounting Records (Maintenance) Act, all Belize LLCs are required to keep proper accounting records. These records can be maintained in any country and should provide an accurate representation of the company's financial transactions.
